The Mercedes IR-MBZ42 2-way component system from the Reference series redefines sound performance, providing audiophiles exceptional tonal purity, precise detailing, and listening comfort.
This system, featuring DirectFit technology, boasts a unique 4-inch chassis design, easy installation of 1.1” (28mm) tweeters, and factory wire connections for seamless integration into contemporary Mercedes models. Inspired by Morel’s esteemed Hybrid speaker series, it combines a 4-inch woofer with a 2.1” (54mm) voice coil and robust hybrid EVC™ motor design, ensuring remarkable power handling and precise cone control. The high-resolution tweeter utilizes Morel’s proprietary 28mm Acuflex™ silk dome and dual neodymium magnet motor, making it an unparalleled plug-and-play speaker system.

A “Half Kit” is available where a Center Channel is required.
